Ashwin V. has a diverse work experience in various technical roles. Ashwin started their career as an Application Developer at Oracle in Financial Services in 2008 and worked there until 2012. Ashwin then joined Wipro Limited as a Senior Software Engineer for a brief period. In 2013, they joined JPMorgan Chase as a Technical Lead and worked there until 2015. Following that, they worked at UnitedHealth Group as a Technical Team Lead and Scrum Master from 2015 to 2017. Ashwin then joined Office Depot as a Lead Technical Specialist from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they work at Sapiens as a Lead Technical Analyst, starting in 2020.

Ashwin V. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University in Nagpur, which they completed between the years 2004 and 2008. Ashwin then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communication from Nagpur University, which they completed in 2008. In 2018, they also obtained the AWS Developer Associate certification from Amazon Web Services.
