Ella Reviv has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ella started their career as a Team Leader at the Israeli Government Office from November 2013 to October 2015. Ella then moved on to work as an Executive Recruitment & Sourcing specialist at Nisha Group from October 2015 to January 2017. Following that, they joined Nisha Pro as a Technical Recruiter from January 2017 to August 2017. Afterward, they transitioned to Sapiens where they held multiple positions. Ella started as a Global Sourcing Specialist from September 2017 to September 2018. Ella then became a Global Talent Acquisition Partner and Recruitment Operations specialist from October 2018 to January 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Global Employer Branding Lead at Sapiens, a role they started in November 2021. In this position, they develop strategies to promote the employer brand globally, creates compelling narratives, and executes impactful employer branding campaigns across digital platforms and social media.

Ella Reviv obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology, Anthropology, and Political Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2012 and 2015. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Management and Human Resources at The College of Management Academic Studies from 2017 to 2019.
