Jiffy Thomas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and technical services management. Currently serving as the VP and Head of MPL Operation at Sapiens since January 2017, Jiffy leads the Business Unit through complex sales cycles and strategic initiatives to enhance revenue and maintain operating margins. Previously, at Delphi Technology from 2002 to 2017, Jiffy held the roles of Vice President of Technical Services and PMO Director, where leadership included mentoring teams and standardizing project management processes. Earlier experience includes strategic account management at Lucent Technologies, project management roles at Primeon Inc, and project engineering at KEC International Ltd. Jiffy holds an MBA in Business Administration from Boston College and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat.
