Koby Bar

Koby Bar is an experienced Program Director currently at Sapiens since March 2020, and previously served as Application Delivery Manager at Matrix from September 2018 to March 2020, overseeing the Bank of Israel Central Credit Register system and managing multiple stakeholders. Koby Bar's extensive background includes significant roles at Amdocs from September 2004 to August 2018, leading BSS system transformations for major telecommunications providers such as Vodafone Spain, Vodafone Nederland & Ziggo, and Vodafone Romania, as well as managing Amdocs Thailand's local office. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Africa, and a Practical Engineer degree in Computer Science from ORT Colleges.
