Nitzan Friedmann

Nitzan Friedmann has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. They have been working with Sapiens since 2016, starting as an HR Generalist and progressing to roles such as HR Business Partner and HR Senior Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Global HR Director at Sapiens.

Prior to working at Sapiens, Nitzan worked as a Recruiter at Ethosia from 2014 to 2015. They also gained experience as an Organizational Development Intern at Amdocs, where they were involved in various projects and tasks related to organizational intervention and training.

Before entering the HR field, Nitzan had a role at Bar-Ilan University, where they developed and instructed workshops on time management and learning strategies for B.A students.

Nitzan Friedmann completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology and Humanistic Studies from Tel Aviv University in 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology at Bar-Ilan University, which they completed in 2015.
