Omer Berman is an insurtech product and implementation leader with extensive experience in the P&C insurance sector. They have held key positions, including Lead Product Manager at bolt, where they drive strategic product initiatives and process innovations. Currently, Omer serves as Program Director at Sapiens, following their role as Business Analyst Manager, where they led teams in Agile environments to enhance customer requirements. Omer's earlier experience includes teaching at Blich High School and serving in the Israeli Defense Forces as a staff sergeant.
