Oz Daya

Oz Daya has extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Oz is currently serving as the Global Compensation & Benefits Director at Sapiens, where they lead the company's C&B process and provides professional services to all business and HQ functions. Oz is responsible for developing and enhancing C&B practices, creating pay ranges, and implementing software solutions. Prior to Sapiens, Oz worked as a Compensation Benefits Manager at Unilever. Oz also has experience at Amdocs, where they served as the Global Compensation & Benefits Expert and Team Lead, managing global compensation processes and leading a team of analysts. Oz also worked as a Sales Compensation Analyst at Amdocs, responsible for incentive/bonus plans for sales employees. Their earlier experience includes working as a CFO Assistant & Economist at The Third Millennium Tourist & Holdings LTD, where they handled various accounting responsibilities.

Oz Daya holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The Open University of Israel between 2014 and 2016. Prior to this, from 2004 to 2008, Oz completed a degree in Economics & Business Management at the Open University of Israel.
