Rina Oz has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Rina began their career at Amdocs in 2000, where they worked as a Project Manager on advanced projects, specializing in billing, communication systems, and e-commerce. Rina was responsible for managing teams of system analyzers, programmers, and testers. In 2009, they joined Bank Yahav as Deputy of the CIO, overseeing the establishment of core banking interfaces and leading departments such as Business Intelligence and CDR regulation. Rina played a key role in the bank's development projects and managed cross-functional work plans and vendor contracts. Currently, Rina holds the position of Vice President - Professional Services Executive at Sapiens since 2022. In this role, they are responsible for managing tier-1 customers in the North American re-insurance market. Rina leads global teams, implements work processes and Agile methodologies, and oversees overall program management.
Rina Oz completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at Bar-Ilan University from 2011-2013. Rina then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Information Technology at Bar-Ilan University from 2016-2017. In 2018-2019, they attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they completed the Senior Management Program for CIO, specializing in Information Technology.
