Tal Ron

Tal Ron has extensive work experience in HR and employment law. Tal is currently working as the VP HR at Sapiens since November 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at Amdocs from 2004 to 2022, including Head of HR Transformation, Head of HR for strategic workforce planning and digital solutions, and Director of Internal Business Operations. Before joining Amdocs, Tal Ron worked as a Senior employment law lawyer at 2 boutique law firms from 1997 to 2004.

Tal Ron attended the University of Haifa from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree with a focus on Law.
