Robert Maxim

Robert Maxim currently serves as a Specialist in Resource Efficiency and Energy Manager at Saputo Inc., with a focus on improving energy management practices globally since January 2021. Previously, Robert held roles as a Senior Consultant in Energy Management at Panevo, and at CLEAResult as a Senior Program Consultant, supporting energy managers in Ontario to enhance energy conservation initiatives. An extensive freelance background includes consulting on energy risk and oil vulnerability from 2009 to 2019, along with over 200 energy audits and the development of an ISO 50001 Energy Management System. Previous positions also encompass technical training management at ROXUL Inc., wherein Robert designed and delivered education for both staff and clients. Robert's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sheffield, as well as a Bachelor of Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education.
