Roy McCarthy

Roy McCarthy is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in senior financial roles across various organizations. Since September 2016, Roy has served as the Chief Financial Officer at MCR Group, having previously held positions such as Finance Director and Head of Finance. Prior to MCR Group, Roy worked at Stobart Air as Financial Controller and at The Carphone Warehouse Ireland in dual roles as Financial Controller and Finance Projects Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as Business Controller at Nokia Ireland and holding commercial roles at T-Systems and Accenture. Roy began a career in finance as a Strategic Pricing Analyst at eircom and has a solid educational background, being ACCA qualified and holding a Master of Business Studies in International Business from University College Dublin, along with a Bachelor in Business Studies (Accounting) from Munster Technological University.
