I help capable women in corporate leadership move from overthinking and self-doubt → to fully owning their role with confidence, clarity and authenticity.

High-performing women often feel the pressure to be everything for everyone - their teams, peers, stakeholders - while quietly second-guessing themselves and overthinking key moments. They know they’re capable, but aren’t yet showing up as the leader they’re meant to be.

Through my From Overthinking → Ownership™ framework, I guide women to:

• Notice and move through overthinking loops
• Activate self-trust and their internal authority
• Define their authentic leadership identity
• Step into consistent, courageous action
• Fully inhabit their leadership presence and influence

The result is women who lead with clarity, show up authentically (not in performance) and create a ripple effect of influence across their teams, peers and organisations.

I’ve been in your shoes - with 10+ years in HR and organisational leadership, including serving as General Manager of Organisational Development. I’ve led teams, shaped organisational strategy and sat in succession planning rooms, so I know exactly what happens on the ground.

I deliver both 1:1 leadership coaching and tailored organisational workshops, and nothing I do is cookie-cutter. I work with you where you are now to help you fully step into your leadership potential, trust yourself and create the impact you’re capable of.
