Saras Fix is an independent electronics repair business based in Bloomsbury, Central London, with a strong focus on sustainability, affordability, and community engagement.

With over a decade of experience, we specialise in the repair of laptops, smartphones, tablets, cameras, and other handheld electronic devices. Our goal is not only to provide high-quality, reliable repairs but also to extend the lifespan of technology and reduce the growing problem of electronic waste.

What sets Saras Fix apart is our commitment to the Right to Repair movement. We believe that consumers should have the ability, access, and confidence to repair their devices, rather than be forced to replace them. This belief is reflected in our day-to-day services and in our outreach work.

Alongside our repair business, we actively organise and participate in free Repair Cafés across London — including events at universities such as UCL and Imperial College, libraries, and community centres. At these events, we offer free repairs, guidance, and demonstrations, helping people better understand their devices and encouraging a hands-on approach to maintenance and repair.

We’ve proudly worked with and earned the trust of major institutions like Great Ormond Street Hospital, UCL, and local councils, and our work has been recognised by BBC, ITV, and The Guardian. With over 500 five-star reviews, Saras Fix is widely trusted for its technical expertise, transparency, and customer care.

We also contribute to the circular economy by promoting reuse, refurbishing components, and offering training opportunities to young people and aspiring technicians.

Whether you’re a student, a business, or a member of the public, Saras Fix is here to make repair accessible, sustainable, and empowering — because fixing is better than throwing away.
