Jaime Solano

Senior PLM Architect at Saratech

Jaime Solano started their work experience as a Mechanical Intern at Nelson Engineering Co. in February 2012. They were responsible for creating scope of work, cost estimates, safety and health plans, and job hazardous analysis. They also ensured compliance with building code requirements and researched and generated component spreadsheets and modified drawings.

In February 2012, Jaime then moved on to Addison-HVAC as a Design Engineer. They were recognized for their excellent performance in developing HVAC prototypes and establishing positive relationships with factory line personnel. They also created HVAC prototype units using SolidEdge CAD software and performed structural repairs on field units to accommodate weather conditions.

In June 2013, Jaime joined Material Handling Systems as a Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager. Their responsibilities included managing projects and designing mechanical systems.

In 2015, Jaime started their own company, Solano Inspector Specialist LLC, where they served as the owner.

In March 2015, Jaime joined FHP Manufacturing as a Heat Pump Engineer and worked there until December 2016.

From December 2016 to March 2019, Jaime worked as a Spare Parts Sales Engineer at Gebr. Pfeiffer, Inc.

From 2019 to 2021, Jaime served as a CSM/Outside Sales Engineer at Coilmaster Corporation.

Currently, Jaime works at Saratech as a PLM Application Engineer. Their responsibilities include providing technical support during discovery calls, assisting the sales team with license selection, and creating project timelines for successful implementations. Their tenure at Saratech started in October 2021.

Jaime Solano attended the University of Central Florida from 2008 to 2012, where they studied Mechanical Engineering. During their education, they did not obtain a specific degree. In addition to their college education, they have acquired additional certifications. In October 2020, Jaime completed the "Improving Your Listening Skills" certification from LinkedIn. They also completed the "Google IT Support Specialization" certification from Coursera in July 2022.
