Simon Coope is an experienced Executive Director and Head of PMO at Smart Accommodation for Residential Complexes Company (sarcc), leveraging over 27 years in Programme Management and Business Improvement across various sectors. Previously, Simon held key roles at Mace, EY, and Kier Group, focusing on project controls and management for large-scale international projects. With a customer-centric approach, Simon drives innovation and digital transformation initiatives in Saudi Arabia, supporting the country’s Vision 2030 goals. Simon holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham and continues education at Lehigh University.
