Michael Pen

Michael Pen is currently the Profit Center General Manager at Sargent Manufacturing, where they previously served as the Product Development Team Leader from 1994 to 1999. Prior to their tenure at Sargent, they were the Deputy Director of Operations at the Riga Microbus Factory from 1988 to 1993. Michael is pursuing a Master of Engineering in Automotive Engineering at Riga Technical University and holds an Executive Certificate in Technology, Operations, and Value Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management.
