Richard JunWei WANG

Richard JunWei Wang is currently the Executive Director of the Chinese Academy of Sciences' Innovation Cooperation Center (Bangkok), where they lead initiatives aimed at fostering technological collaboration between China and ASEAN countries. They previously served as a Project Overseer for APEC from 2011 to 2018 and held various leadership roles, including Deputy Director at the Innovation Cooperation Center. Richard holds a PhD from the University of Bristol, as well as a pre-MBA certificate from Stanford University. Their career reflects a strong commitment to project management, team leadership, and technology commercialization across diverse scientific fields.
