Team members have invested over €300m in 35+ closed deals in Romania alone and raised over €250m from local banks for acquisition financing and portfolio companies’ capital structures. Furthermore, they have committed €3.5bn+ internationally in the PE field and advised in various capacities (buy- and sell-side) on over 50 closed transactions with a combined value in excess of €25bn.
