Andrew Serchen

Andrew Serchen is an accomplished leader and operational analyst with extensive experience in the defense sector. Having served in the Royal Australian Navy as an Embarked Aviation Commander and in various aerospace roles, they specialize in the integration of advanced aviation capabilities. Currently, Andrew leads a team as a Mission Operations Manager at Saronic Technologies, contributing to the development of autonomous surface vessels. They have also been a freelance software developer since 2016. Andrew holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Systems Engineering from UNSW and a Post Baccalaureate in Aerospace Program Management from the University of Manitoba.
