Previously, James held positions at notable companies including General Dynamics Canada and Dell, where they demonstrated strong leadership and cross-functional team management. James obtained an MBA from the University of Ottawa and a MSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, complementing their technical expertise with solid business acumen.
