Nehal Mehta

Nehal Mehta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and innovation within the military and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Saronic Technologies since March 2025, Mehta also holds the position of Innovation Officer for Human Machine Integration (HMI) at the US Army's 75th Innovation Command. Prior to these roles, Mehta was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, concentrating on applied artificial intelligence, defense, and energy transition. With a background that includes leadership positions in the United States Army as an Airborne Multifunctional Team Leader and as Executive Officer to the Chief of Staff of the XVIII Airborne Corps, Mehta has demonstrated expertise in training, mentoring, and advising military personnel. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Analytics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and another MBA in Human and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University, where Mehta also earned a B.S. with honors in Engineering Science and Economics.
