Robert Eilers

Robert Eilers, MBA, is currently the Director of Proposals at Saronic Technologies and has over 20 years of experience in program management, proposal, and capture. Eilers previously held several significant roles, including Director of International Engagement & Foreign Disclosure at the Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center and Security Cooperation Officer for the U.S. 3rd Fleet. Eilers has also contributed to the United States Senate and worked as a Business Development Consultant at Trabus Technologies. With an educational background that includes an MBA from the University of California, San Diego, and a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA, Eilers's expertise spans international relations and military operations.
