Mark Foxall

Mark Foxall, J.D., is currently serving as a Deputy County Attorney for Sarpy County while also holding the position of Adjunct Professor at the University of Nebraska at Omaha in the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice. They previously worked as an Associate Attorney at McGoughLaw P.C.L.L.O. and Voegele Anson Law, LLC, and spent time as Claims Counsel at both Premier Claims and Fidelity National Financial. Mark earned their Juris Doctorate with a focus on Intellectual Property Law from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and has experience as a Law Clerk for the Douglas County Attorney's Office.
