Chris McCready

Chris McCready has a diverse work experience in the engineering and data science fields. Chris started their career at Petro-Ex Canada Inc. as a Process Control Engineer from 1997 to 1999. Chris then joined United Technologies as a Sr Systems Engineer from 2000 to 2004. From 2004 to 2015, they worked at MKS Instruments as a Principal Engineer. In 2015, they transitioned to Sartorius Stedim Biotech as a Senior Principal Engineer, and later became a Senior Principal Data Scientist in 2004. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Data Scientist at Sartorius Stedim Biotech since April 2017.

Chris McCready completed their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Waterloo from 1994 to 1999. Chris then pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering at McMaster University from 1999 to 2002.
