Doug Broughman

Doug Broughman has a diverse work experience in operations and supply chain management. Doug started their career at Pall Corporation as a Senior Director of Operations in 1998 and worked there until 2002. From 2002 to 2005, they worked as an Operations and Cost Management Consultant as an independent consultant. Following that, they joined Mesco Integrated Material Solutions as the Manager of Supply Chain Operations from 2005 to 2010, and later became the Director of Operations from 2010 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Progenity, Inc. as the Director of Materials and worked there until 2017. Doug then joined Midway Dental as the Director of Operations from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Sartorius Stedim Biotech since 2020.

Doug Broughman has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Eastern Michigan University. Doug also completed two programs at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business: the Manufacturing Executive Program and the Manager of Managers Program. Additionally, they have obtained certification as a Certified Management Accountant from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants.
