Philip D. has over 30 years of experience in electronics maintenance and customer service. Philip started their career at T.I.I. Electronics, Inc. as an electronics technician, where they gained experience in testing, troubleshooting, and repairing power converters and motor controllers. Philip then worked at Mallinkrodt, Inc. as an electronics technician before joining Dytek Laboratories Inc. as a customer service representative, where they focused on the marine industry. Philip also held a position as the customer service supervisor at Porta-Ray Inc. In the 90s, they worked as an electronics maintenance technician at Allied Digital Technologies, specializing in repairing and maintaining optical disc manufacturing equipment. Philip then worked at Amp Akzo as an electronics maintenance technician, focusing on manufacturing equipment for printed circuit boards. Most recently, Philip worked at SMSC/Microchip Technologies, Inc. for 17 years as a lead maintenance technician. Currently, they are employed at Sartorius Stedim Biotech as a team lead service technician, providing customer service, test, repair, calibration, and technical support for bioprocess production equipment.

Philip D. attended Suffolk County Community College from 1980 to 1983, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Electrical Technology. Prior to that, they attended Chelsea Vocational HS, specializing in Digital Electronics, TV & Radio Repair.
