Sherwin Ting

Sherwin Ting possesses extensive experience in the biotechnology and food service industries. From October 2016 to February 2019, Sherwin worked at Sartorius Stedim Biotech, advancing from Application Specialist for Fermentation (SEA) to Business Area Manager (Asia). Since March 2013, Sherwin has been the Director at L'Atelier Tiramisu, playing a pivotal role in its start-up, business development, and product creation. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at A*STAR from September 2008 to September 2016 as a Staff Research Officer, focusing on bioprocess optimization and the development of scalable platforms for human stem-cell derived cardiomyocytes. Sherwin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Boston University, earned between 2002 and 2006.
