SAS Property Managers is a property management-only firm for residential and commercial investors across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and South-East Queensland.

Many agencies are built around sales, with property management operating as a department inside a transaction-led business.

SAS is built differently.

We have no sales division, no listing pipeline and no competing agenda. Our focus is property management: rent performance, lease discipline, inspections, maintenance follow-through, compliance, tenant quality, outgoings control and owner communication.

Across residential and commercial property, we manage with an investor lens. That means treating property management as asset protection, not administration.

Our team brings experience across institutional property, commercial leasing, law, finance and operations, including backgrounds connected to Westfield, Lendlease, JLL, Savills and other major property environments.

Led by Managing Partners Andrew Thriepland and Yasmina Darveniza, SAS is built for owners who want senior oversight, proper systems and clear accountability across the details that affect income, risk and long-term asset performance.
