Carsten Hansen

Carsten Hansen is an experienced professional in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Head of Industrial Relations Cabin Crew at SAS - Scandinavian Airlines since September 2018. Prior roles at SAS include Director Planning & Execution Leisure and Director Communication & Support - Crew Planning, where responsibilities encompassed communication management, crew planning support, hotel and transport logistics, and negotiation of collective agreements. Carsten has also held the position of Director Union Agreements & Crew Hotels, focusing on negotiations and administration of crew-related agreements. Educational qualifications include a degree in Marketing and a degree in Rhetoric, Communication, and Leadership from BI Norwegian Business School, as well as a Master of Negotiation from the Center for Master Negotiation at Copenhagen Business School.
