Fiona Haglund

Fiona Haglund serves as the Head of Talent Management at SAS - Scandinavian Airlines since September 2019, overseeing global talent strategies, employer branding, talent acquisition, onboarding, colleague engagement, and cultural initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Performance and Talent Management Manager and Global Talent Manager at Bombardier, where responsibility encompassed leadership development programs and talent management for graduates. Additionally, Fiona has functioned as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at Bombardier and held consulting positions in talent acquisition at Ericsson and Procter & Gamble while completing a Master’s thesis. Early professional experience features roles as HR Coordinator for London 2012 and HR Project Coordinator at the Department of Corrections. Fiona holds a Master’s Degree from Stockholm University and dual Bachelor's Degrees from Victoria University of Wellington in Commerce and Arts.
