John A. Daniels

John A. Daniels is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in managing programs, projects, and teams across various sectors, including crisis management and aviation operations. Currently, they serve as the Head of Emergency Response at SAS - Scandinavian Airlines, following roles such as Customer Liability Specialist and Project Leader. Previously, John was a District Relief Manager at Waffle House, Inc. and an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Bugaboo Creek Steak House. They also held several significant positions in the United States Air Force, including Scheduling Manager and Director of Training, where they managed training for over 100 personnel. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Space Studies from American Military University and a Master of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
