With a foundational background in Communication and Marketing, Pi transitioned into HR, specializing in Employer Branding and HR systems across multiple industries. They hold degrees in Change Management, Organizational Psychology, and Theatre Science from several institutions, further supporting their expertise in change management and employee experience.
