Sam Geater (Assoc CIPD) has extensive experience in the aviation industry, primarily with Ryanair from February 2012 to January 2019, where roles included Cabin Manager, Base Supervisor, and Deputy Base Supervisor. Responsibilities encompassed managing on-board teams, ensuring safety and emergency procedures, overseeing a large team of cabin crew, and handling performance management processes. In addition, duties included weekly reporting to base managers, employee relations, customer service resolution, and sales performance management. In August 2022, Sam Geater briefly held positions as People Operations Manager and Crew Manager with SAS - Scandinavian Airlines.
