Thomas Schultz has extensive experience in aviation, beginning with education at the Royal Danish Air Force from 1997 to 1999 and obtaining an ATPL from Oxford Aviation in 2000. Early career roles include First Officer positions at Caribbean Star Airlines (Dash8) and Flybe (Q400), followed by a Captain position at easyJet (A320). Thomas then served as a Line Training Captain at CIMBER (CRJ) before working as a Flight Instructor for A320 at CAE from 2012 to 2021. Since 2015, Thomas has held various positions at SAS - Scandinavian Airlines, starting as an Airbus pilot on A330 and A321NX before becoming Captain on the A320.
