Jared Regel

Jared Regel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, workforce development, and technology. Currently, as Chief Operating Officer at Tech Career Bridge since October 2022, Jared leads initiatives utilizing AI-powered tools to connect individuals with career opportunities while focusing on building partnerships and optimizing processes. Concurrently, Jared serves as a Faculty Member and Lecturer at Saskatchewan Polytechnic since January 2020. Previous positions include Manager of Integration at SGI CANADA Insurance and Services Manager for AMS at ISM Canada. Notably, Jared held the role of Director at the Government of Saskatchewan’s Competency Centre for ITO AMS, overseeing a team of 55 professionals and managing significant budgets and projects. Jared's entrepreneurial experience includes founding Ambitious Medium, as well as roles at various technology-driven companies. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Queen's University and certifications in consulting, data science, AWS architecture, and change management.
