Johan Thyse has extensive experience in sustainability, regulatory services, and commercial operations, primarily with Sasol since June 1996, serving in various leadership roles including Vice President of Sustainability & Reporting and Group Regulatory Services, as well as General Manager for GTL Commercial. Prior positions include General Manager of Group Public Policy and Regulatory Affairs at Sasol Limited and General Manager of GTL Commercial at Sasol Canada. Johan's academic qualifications include a Master of Laws in Climate Change Law and Policy from the University of Strathclyde, a MAP in Business Administration and Management from Wits Business School, and a BA Law and LLB from the University of the Western Cape.
