Sithembiso Mbele is a Senior Specialist in Industrial Relations at Sasol, where they have worked since 2018. Previously, Sithembiso held HR Officer positions at NMC Construction Group and G4S, and served as a Labor Relations Consultant at FS Labour Law Solutions from 2012 to 2015. Sithembiso holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of the Free State and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from the same institution, along with a Bachelor of Commerce in Law from the University of the Witwatersrand, which is currently being completed.
