Smith

Smith (C) has been with Sasol for 25 years, starting as a Process Operator in refining, where they managed the safe operation of process equipment for 14 years. After serving as a SHE Training Practitioner and then an Assistant Manager in the SHE training department, Smith (C) was appointed as Skills Academy Manager in 2014, overseeing Chemical Operations and Engineering learnerships. They hold a BTech in Human Resource Management from the Central University of Technology and an Associate's Degree in Occupational Directed Education Training & Development Practices.
