Previously, Rick held positions as Director of Business Development at Satco Products, Director of Sales & Marketing at Crestron, and Director of Marketing and Distributor Sales at Grasslin Controls, among others. With a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Rick has built a reputation for cultivating relationships and driving significant sales growth across various organizations in the lighting sector.
