Previously, Charles held the position of Vice President and General Counsel for the Information Systems Division at Exelis, where responsibilities included executing global legal strategies for a $3.25 billion defense company and ensuring compliance with international contracts and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at VCE, Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Gallup, and General Counsel for TSI, LLC. Charles holds a Master of Laws in Cybersecurity and National Security Law from The George Washington University Law School, a Doctor of Law from The Catholic University of America, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from Coppin State University.
