Emmanuel Planas is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in the satellite-based IP infrastructure sector. Currently serving as a Field Support Engineer at Satcom Direct since August 2022, Emmanuel previously held the position of Principal Technical Service Engineer at ST Engineering iDirect from June 2015 to July 2022. In this role, Emmanuel was a key member of the TAC - GX/Velocity Back-end Team, providing technical assistance for the deployment of the proprietary "VELOCITY" system.
