Hayden Olson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership, business transformation, and strategic planning across various sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President & General Manager for Government at Satcom Direct, Hayden oversees the company's US and International Government division, focusing on high-value SATCOM solutions. Prior roles include Vice President & General Manager at Erickson AeroSystems, where responsibility encompassed operational and financial performance of a $70M business unit, and various strategic and financial positions at Erickson and Amentum. As the founder and president of Olson Advisory Group LLC, Hayden specializes in business transformation, organizational development, and executive coaching. Hayden holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Management from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a BS in Corporate Finance from UCF College of Business.
