David Skidmore

David Skidmore is a retired energy executive with over 30 years of experience at BP, focusing on refining, fuel marketing, and low carbon power across North America, Europe, and Russia. They currently serve as a Non Executive Director at the United States Rugby Foundation, where they are the Vice Chair and part of the Executive Committee. David has held various leadership roles at BP, including Vice President of Lower Carbon Power and Corporate Strategy Manager, contributing significantly to major international joint ventures and corporate governance. They hold a BS in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA in Finance and Management from Oklahoma State University, along with completion of the International Independent Directors Program at INSEAD.
