Patrick Pan is a senior executive and investor with extensive expertise in the virtual asset industry and fintech infrastructure. They served as the CEO of OSL, where they launched Hong Kong's first spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs and expanded the company’s regulated footprint internationally. Patrick has held leadership roles at prominent companies such as Alibaba and 360 and co-founded BGX, focusing on acquiring licensed cryptocurrency exchanges in Asia and Europe.
