Fabio Rapposelli

Fabio Rapposelli currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Satispay since June 2025. Prior to this role, Rapposelli spent over twelve years at VMware, advancing from Staff Engineer to Distinguished Engineer, where Rapposelli focused on organizational transformation and technical integration. Rapposelli also co-founded Juku Consulting, offering market analysis and consultancy to both startups and established firms. As a founding board member of the VMware User Group (VMUG) Italy, Rapposelli enhanced community engagement around VMware solutions. Earlier career experiences include serving as Chief Technology Officer at Cinetica, where Rapposelli led software engineering teams and developed virtualization and storage practices, and as a software engineer at Hi-Net Srl.
