Joe Perdicho

Joe Perdicho currently serves as the Director of Operations at SatisPie since March 2025. Prior to this, Joe held the position of Vice President of Operations at Special Touch Bakery, where an extensive expansion was executed, increasing production from 17,000 to over 2 million units annually. Joe also contributed to Holy Childhood as the Director of Strategic Business Development, focusing on enhancing the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Experience includes leadership roles at CDS Monarch as Executive Director of the Warrior Salute Program and Vice President of Operations, where support was provided to veterans and their families. Earlier roles encompass Production Manager at Stone Construction Equipment, Inc. and Electro-Mechanical Service Technician at ITT Goulds Pumps. Joe holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Leadership and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan University, along with an Associate's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology from Cayuga County Community College.
