Stephan Chiera

Stephan Chiera has an extensive work experience in software and hardware engineering, primarily focusing on roles in the RFIC and RF driver software fields. Stephan started their career as an RF Hardware Engineer Intern at Qualcomm in 2007 and worked there until 2008. In 2010, they returned to Qualcomm as an RF Driver Software Engineer and later became a Senior RF Driver Software Engineer from 2013 to 2016.

In 2016, Stephan joined Rysasoft Ltd. as a C/C++ Software Developer and worked there until 2017. Stephan then moved on to Sky as a Senior C/C++ Developer, where they remained until 2019. During their time at Sky, Stephan gained experience in developing software applications using C/C++.

Since 2019, Stephan has been working at SatixFy as a Senior C++ Developer, taking the lead in the RFIC team. In this role, they develop bespoke applications and software that allow non-developers to perform full manual and automated IC characterisation for digitally steered antenna products. Stephan'swork at SatixFy also includes creating bench IC tests, automation test environments, and monitoring REST services for diagnostics.

Stephan Chiera completed their education from 2005 to 2010 at the University of Surrey. During this time, they obtained a degree in MEng, with a specialization in Electronic Engineering.
