Satori3 has its origin in Satori Team, founded in 2010.

Satori3 stimulates and accompanies companies in a process of awareness development, generating responsibility and intrinsic coherence on the one hand, and on the other hand, attunement with their existential purpose.

A developed organization can be seen! It is alive and humanizing, innovative and focused, in such a way that it enriches and transcends the ecosystem in which it lives, both internally and externally.

In order to complete a transformation process, Satori3 provides a humanistic, systemic and transorganizational vision acting on the purpose, relational and structural elements of an organization.

We are a solid and lively team, where each one brings different experiences, techniques and approaches, with a common purpose.

The strategy to realize its purpose of organizational development is articulated around 3 axes:
Satori Team: Systemic Consulting.
Satori Institute: Learning and Experimentation.
Satori Lab: Research and Development.
