Burns Phillips

Burns Phillips is the current Principal of Leadership Excellence at SATRDÉ. Burns was previously the Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development for the State of Tennessee from July 2009 to January 2019.

Burns Phillips has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and also holds both bachelor's and master's degrees in political science and government from MTSU.
