Clay Phillips

Principal, Culture Creation at SATRDÉ

Clay Phillips is currently the Principal of Culture Creation at SATRDÉ. Clay has been in this role since 2018. Prior to that, they were the founder and Program Director of the School of Conflict Resolution at Bethel University of Tennessee from 2011-2016. In this role, they authored and directed all aspects of the 39 semester hour, SACS accredited Master of Arts degree program in Conflict Resolution. From 2007-2011, Phillips was a Mediator and Trainer at Clay Phillips Mediation & Training. Clay has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Union University and Argosy University.

Clay Phillips has a PhD in Organizational Leadership / Conflict Resolution from Northcentral University, an MBA in Human Resource Management from Liberty University, and a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Liberty University.
